Reversing Mill Engine

I am not sure who was the maker of this engine, possibly Stuart but I have not been able to positively identify. A larger table model, the base measuring 11" x 4" with Stephensons reversing link motion for forward and backward running. I have run this engine on 10 psi and its surprisingly powerful the bore being around one inch. Its been sitting on the shelf collecting dust and needs a good home
