This steam gauge was used in Guinness brewery in Dublin Ireland, I have no idea what it was used on exactly. My father worked at Guinness brewery from 1947 until 1985, as a collector of all things steam he was fortunate to be at "The Brewery" when steam was both at its peak and phased out and replaced by electricity.
